1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are made through our online reservation system. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are $35 per person (tax included) and include the full escape room experience, pre-game briefing, and post-game debrief. We accept major credit cards.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24+ hours before: Full refund or free reschedule
• Less than 24 hours: No refund, but we'll do our best to reschedule
• No-shows: No refund or reschedule

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Escape room activities involve moving around enclosed spaces, solving physical puzzles, and operating in low-light environments. By participating, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree that Lock & Logic is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your visit, except where caused by our negligence. All participants must sign a waiver before playing.

5. Rules of Play

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

• No excessive force — if it doesn't open easily, it's not meant to be opened that way
• No climbing on furniture, fixtures, or set pieces
• No food, drinks, or gum in the rooms
• No cell phones — they must be stored in the provided lockers
• Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Follow all Game Master instructions

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the room without a refund.

6. Age Requirements

Players under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult (18+). Players aged 16–17 may play without an adult present but must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

7. Photo & Video Policy

We may take photos or record video in common areas and during post-game celebrations for promotional purposes. By visiting our facility, you consent to the use of your likeness in marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff upon arrival.

8. Intellectual Property

All puzzles, room designs, narratives, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Lock & Logic. You may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose puzzle solutions or room details without our written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
